slightly faster browsing. But was expecting to see a decent amount of disk space cleaned up. Not more than 1 gig of misc junk. Does not lead you to buy anything.

For a new convert to the world of Apple, an app that does what it is supposed to without the need of input from a beginner is a blessing. This app quickly and efficiently tunes up your computer and all you do is tell it to go ahead and do its thing. It’s got to be helpful for the computer, and it is certainly helpful to me. Only issue I notice at this point is when you see that the app wants to update and you click to take advantage of the update, the computer attempts to look for the update and seems to find nothing available, the little progress wheel just keep spinning like it’s working on it but nothing is apparently found.
So when i downloaded this, at first i was thrilled to have a tweak and tuner for my 2012 macbook pro, however when i downloaded avast to find i had one infection. I found that it was this application that apparently the cause of the infection. So unless this is fixed i uninstalled it and will find something else.
So simple to use, even an old lady like me can do it. I’m not particular computer savvy, but I know enough to keep my computer cleaned up. This is the way to do it.
works smoothly and fast . cleans unnecessary logs and trashes.
Does what it says. Very easy to use, much simpler than CleanMyMac.
My MBP has been getting slower by the hour. this is my 3rd disc cleaner. It “appears” to be doing what it says but so do the others (Disc Dr and Space Gremlin). I have yet to notice any performance improvement. Still staring at they G%&#mn pinwheel (or beachball?) and its still driving me nuts. Is there something that the system cleaner should be targeting? Feedback please!
I have had it for only a couple of weeks. Every time I Scan my system the app hounds me to rate it. Thats the only frustrating thing that I have found. They need to allow you moreTimetime to evaluate the app before you can give a honest evaluation. At this present time I enjoy using the app and do not see any bugs or flaws. It has done what it said it will do. If later on I find out that is better than what I expected I certainly will update this post. Same if I find out that it is not exactly what I expected. Good luck enjoy the app.
seems good
I have Disk Doctor, which is a good app too. However, I came upon Tweak and Tuneup and can appreciate the all-one-solutions.
This app is so easy to use! I can increase my Mac’s performance in a few simple clicks!
Scanning and cleaning space from junk works well and is very fast. The "uninstall" option only removes apps from third parties, It does not remove apps downloaded from App Store (tells you cannot uninstall because app is protected). Other than that (for me) this app works well and the price is right, is free for limited time right now.
I’ve only used it a few times, but it works like it’s supposed to.
Works well in cleaning up the Mac. You’ll be suprised at the crap 3rd party apps leave behind. The app does not support advanced configurations like the user home directory residing on a disk thats not the boot device.
Does its job well; worth it to buy and use.
I normally don’t write reviews, but this app is too good to not acknowledge it. I am the type person who wants to turn my MacBook pro on and get to work. I don’t want to have to learn how to diagnose the process it is going through or how to identify operating issues. I was told by a tech that my machine was running slow, but I guess I was just used to it. I checked it out and it was running slow. I then came across this app. I read the reviews and then installed it. With some concern, I ran it the first time and then began using the programs. It was truly the difference between night and day. I still don’t know the how but do know that this is now fast… like it was when I first bought it. Thanks.
It crashes on start up. I’m on a Mac Pro 2.66 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, running OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 (15C50) I downloaded it from the app store. Based on the requirements listed here, my computer is suitable for the app. Why can’t I get it to work? If anyone else has the same experience and/or has a work around, please let me know. THANK YOU
It’s a must have when you have a mac, because it’s really good at cleaning up and making storage space.
Even tho a mac is tight with security this app finds junk to remove. It’s a great app.
Easy to use, and finds things quickly. I use it all the time. Money well spent and keeps the MBP in shape. Must have for the low price.
